Russia’s Neurodetector System to Be Tested at Sochi Intersection
Exta has unveiled Neurodetector, a system designed to collect and analyze road traffic data. Prototypes built entirely on Russian technology will be tested at the intersection of Mezhdunarodnaya and Chempionov streets.

The system was presented at a gathering of the community at the Sirius Innovation Science and Technology Center. It adapts to real-world imaging conditions and performs several tasks at once: counting traffic flows, measuring vehicle speeds, and assessing traffic density. It also effectively filters out interference.
At the same event, Videofor-Yug demonstrated a context-aware AI agent that takes physical context into account and initiates conversations with users on its own. A pilot will launch at the Sochi Park bus stop near the Sirius Educational Center.
Dmitry Plishkin, head of the federal territory of Sirius, said that solutions developed by companies operating within the territory and tested there help create a safer, more technologically advanced urban environment. Domestic technologies also reduce reliance on foreign suppliers.
