AI Assistants Move Into Daily Workflows as Pyrus Embeds Automation Into Business Platforms

Russian developer Pyrus has introduced a new digital capability designed to integrate artificial intelligence directly into everyday corporate workflows. The company is embedding AI assistants and AI bots into its task management and business process platform, aiming to accelerate work with corporate information and shift routine operations to neural networks.

Large enterprises are increasingly experimenting with generative AI. According to the study Artificial Intelligence in Russia – 2025: Trends and Prospects, 71% of major Russian organizations already use generative AI to perform at least one business function.

Artificial Intelligence Moves Closer to the Business Core

Executives at 78% of companies report that AI adoption has delivered measurable economic benefits, primarily through lower operating costs. About 25% of organizations say revenue increased after introducing new AI-based services or products.

Neural networks are also gaining traction in micro and small businesses. According to research conducted by PRIM FOM, 57% of entrepreneurs said they used AI tools in their work during the past year. At the same time, two-thirds of respondents said they need assistance understanding how to work with artificial intelligence more effectively. Many struggle with choosing appropriate AI tools, solving deployment issues and organizing technical support. In some cases the difficulty lies in formulating clear and precise prompts for AI systems.

Tasks Completed Faster

Customers of Pyrus can start using the new AI tools immediately. The assistants can be configured without programming and are already available within the Pyrus platform. In many organizations today, employees must export data to external AI services and then manually transfer results back into internal systems or integrate them through additional tools that require technical support. In the Pyrus implementation, AI capabilities operate directly inside the platform and work across tasks, knowledge bases and documents.

The AI assistant helps employees find corporate information faster and prepare responses. The virtual assistant searches through internal correspondence, tasks, corporate policies and documents, then organizes the relevant information. It can produce concise summaries of discussions and knowledge base articles, analyze documents and compare different versions.

Another advantage is the ability to convert audio recordings into text. The assistant can also help identify responsible team members for specific tasks, gather information on a given topic and send reminders to employees. As a result, staff spend far less time searching for information, analyzing data and preparing reports, while data workflows become more transparent and easier to manage.

Markets are maturing. AI delivers the greatest value when it is embedded directly into business processes and reduces operational costs. We believe the next standard for corporate platforms – AI that works alongside company data and immediately turns that data into actions. That is the model we implemented in Pyrus

AI assistants also handle routine operations, freeing employees to focus on more complex work. Configuring them is straightforward – users simply describe a scenario in plain language, much as they would explain a task to a colleague. AI bots extend the system’s capabilities: they process incoming documents and route them to responsible employees, extract key information from files or audio recordings, automatically fill and verify data in task cards and generate responses for clients or staff.

AI Adoption Becomes a New Corporate Standard

Integrating AI assistants into business processes is steadily becoming more common. Document preparation, approvals and clarifications move faster, oversight of task execution improves and the number of errors declines. AI tools take over repetitive operations – the standard tasks that appear constantly in corporate workflows.

Analysts expect virtual assistants to expand into human resources management, customer support, financial operations and legal services in the coming years. Artificial intelligence is increasingly viewed as a technology that raises business efficiency. If the Pyrus platform proves successful and widely adopted, it could evolve into an exportable product for CIS countries and other emerging markets.
