Russian Bank Completes First Settlement of Digital Asset Right with Physical Silver Coin
Eurofinance Mosnarbank has completed the first settlement of a utilitarian digital right (UDR) on the Russian financial market through the delivery of a physical asset – a St. George the Victorious investment-grade silver coin.

The bank, which is part of RT-Finance, a subsidiary of Rostec, has been issuing UDRs backed by these 3-ruble investment coins since December 2025. Each coin contains 31.1 grams of 99.9% pure silver. The coins remain in the bank's custody until redemption. Scheduled redemptions will continue through 2029. The first redemption took place in June 2026, and on July 10 the holder received the physical coin, with the bank fulfilling its obligations in accordance with the investment offering.
According to Mayatsky, the bank views the project as a proven technology for the securitization of commodity assets that can be extended to other categories of goods. Eurofinance Mosnarbank is included in the Bank of Russia's register of information system operators.
