Megafon and Tsifra to Integrate Manufacturing Management Platform Into Private Enterprise Networks
The initiative is part of a cooperation agreement signed between telecom operator Megafon and industrial software developer Tsifra Group.
Telecom operator Megafon and Tsifra Group signed an agreement that set out integration of digital management and dispatching systems into private communications-network infrastructure. The first deployments will focus on mining companies, many of which already actively use Private LTE networks at their industrial sites.
The project centers on integration of the ZIIoT platform. The system analyzes data from enterprise IT infrastructure, supports dispatching scenarios, predictive analytics, and the creation of end-to-end production-management environments. One of the key advantages is that deployment will not require laying additional cables.
Industry specialists say the new solution will make it possible to establish much closer coordination between industrial facilities located far from one another.
