Russian company NSCAR showcased explosion-proof cameras, wearable recorders, and proprietary smart analytics at the international exhibition-forum “Mining. Processing. Metallurgy 2026” in Novosibirsk.

The event brought together executives from industry companies, engineers, and representatives of professional associations from 29 Russian regions and 11 foreign countries.

Explosion-Proof Camera

The mining industry requires equipment capable of operating under extreme conditions. At the company’s booth, NSCAR demonstrated vandal-resistant multi-channel video recorders and anti-vibration protective cases designed to withstand severe shaking, RBC reported.

The centerpiece of the display was a newly certified explosion-proof video camera, specifically designed for transport and specialized machinery operating in hazardous environments.

Monitoring Systems

The company also presented a line of wearable video recorders. These compact devices are particularly useful for work in mines, remote sites, and patrol routes in open-pit operations.

Systems for monitoring driver and equipment operator condition also drew attention from engineers and fleet managers. The equipment uses neural network algorithms to continuously analyze fatigue and distraction among personnel.

Earlier reports noted that AI systems are being deployed in the Krasnodar region to monitor driver condition.
