ER-Telecom Holding Launches In-House Production of Smart Intercoms in Perm
The equipment will be manufactured for both the company’s own network and its partners.

ER-Telecom Holding has announced the launch of smart intercom production at the Morin plant in Perm. The company now controls the entire technology chain, from developing the cloud platform and mobile app to assembling the hardware itself.
The new intercom panel features a 5-megapixel camera with HDR and infrared illumination, a high-quality display, and a two-way audio system with tamper-resistant microphone and speaker. Its durable alloy housing is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -45°C to +45°C. Users can gain access with a key, through a mobile app, or by entering a code. The equipment is also integrated with an emergency alert system.
“Digital intercoms are becoming an integral part of smart-city infrastructure. The results are backed by statistics: buildings equipped with modern intercom panels see lower rates of crime and vandalism. For example, the introduction of smart intercoms in St. Petersburg helped reduce street crime by 40%,” the company said.
