Moscow Residents Can Prepare Applications to Guardianship Authorities Online
Mos.ru has launched a service for preparing applications to guardianship authorities. It is intended for transactions involving property owned by children or adults deemed legally incapacitated, as well as withdrawals from their bank accounts.
Information from the user’s personal account is filled in automatically, while any missing details must be entered manually. The draft application remains available on the portal for one month.
Residents can complete the process at one of 11 Moi Dokumenty (My Documents) service centers by bringing their passport and the required paperwork. A staff member will check the information, make any necessary corrections, and print the application for the resident to sign.
The Online Assistant for Property Transactions on the Moya Novaya Semya (My New Family)portal provides a list of required documents. Residents can also check in advance on mos.ru whether a proposed transaction complies with legal requirements.
