Atomstroykompleks and Rostelecom Partner to Digitize Public Facilities in Sverdlovsk Region
The companies announced the agreement during the INNOPROM 2026 industrial trade fair.
Rostelecom and Atomstroykompleks have agreed to jointly deploy digital technologies for public facilities across Russia's Sverdlovsk region. The agreement was signed during the INNOPROM 2026 international industrial exhibition in Yekaterinburg.
The partnership will focus on deploying intelligent security and perimeter protection systems, along with data management solutions built on a digital integration platform. These technologies will be incorporated during the design and construction phases of new facilities.
“We are ready to offer our partners not only communications infrastructure for new public facilities, but also a flexible digital ecosystem. This includes cloud services, cooperation in cybersecurity, AI-powered solutions and analytics platforms, as well as energy service offerings. Together, these technologies will strengthen business competitiveness and ultimately improve the quality of life for residents of the Sverdlovsk region,” said Dmitry Lukoshkov, director of Rostelecom's Yekaterinburg branch.
