Russia Launches “Turnkey” Digital Hiring Service for Employers
New platform helps companies connect with future specialists while they’re still in school or university.

The Employment Service of the Vladimir Region has introduced a new digital platform called “Constructor of Career Guidance Events,” designed to help employers find and engage future employees long before graduation. The initiative was developed with support from the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Vladimir Region and is fully managed by specialists from the “Work in Russia” Personnel Center.
The free service lets companies organize recruitment activities “under one roof”—from initial planning to analytics—while the state handles all logistics and coordination.
Tailored Formats for Every Age Group
The platform guides users through 12 steps, from defining the target audience and selecting an event format to attracting participants and preparing post-event analytics.
Each age group gets its own approach: School students take part in career quests and project sessions, University students can join short-term internships, Graduates are invited to online meetups and training workshops.
The entire process—from concept to execution—typically takes no more than one month.
By integrating education and employment, the Constructor platform is turning career guidance into a data-driven, interactive process, helping bridge the gap between industry demand and the next generation of professionals.
