Chatbot on Gosuslugi Set to Provide Benefit Status Updates
Users will soon be able to check the progress of benefit and social assistance applications directly within the portal’s chat interface.

Russia’s Ministry of Labor has proposed adding a chatbot called Robot Maks to the Gosuslugi platform, designed to answer questions about application status and available support measures. A draft resolution has been published on the official legal acts portal.
The new service is expected to be particularly useful for users awaiting responses to multiple requests at once. Instead of checking each application separately, users will be able to submit a single query to the chatbot. This functionality will be enabled through integration with the Unified Contact Center for Citizen Interaction and the digital assistant. Information on benefits and payments will be accessible through a single-request model.
