Rahat Uddin: We See Great Potential for Cooperation With Russia in Renewable Energy
Representatives of the IT industry from 120 countries have gathered in Moscow for the 2nd Global Digital Forum, creating an international forum for dialogue on emerging technologies.

Alongside exchanging expertise, participants are building professional connections and formalizing partnerships. One such agreement was signed with the Russian media platform IT Russia. Rahat Uddin, chief technology officer and founder of Bangladeshi company EcoTech Innovation, spoke about the opportunities for cooperation.
– As a lecturer at ZNRF University, I see cooperation with Russia and the IT Russia media platform as important. It creates opportunities to exchange knowledge and experience in culture and technology. Russia has traditionally been strong in fields such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, and I see considerable potential for us to work together.
As chief technology officer at EcoTech Innovation, I’m particularly interested in developing new energy solutions, intelligent transportation systems and autonomous vehicles. I believe this agreement will help strengthen ties in the renewable energy sector.
I’ve visited Russia six times, including for the World Festival of Youth and a congress in Kazan. I first connected with IT Russia last year. The platform helped me establish contacts with Russian IT companies and gain a better understanding of the opportunities for partnership. I hope our cooperation will develop quickly.
