New educational resources on safe online behavior have been added to the digital library of the Moskovskaya elektronnaya shkola (Moscow Electronic School; MESH) platform. The materials are designed to help students and teachers better understand how to protect personal data and work safely online. The resources are now available in the platform’s electronic catalog and aim to strengthen digital literacy skills among both students and educators.

Rules of Online Etiquette

The updated library includes study guides and interactive courses covering various aspects of digital security. The materials address basic concepts of personal data protection, practical tips for safe internet use, and guidelines for responsible behavior on digital platforms.

They are intended for schoolchildren who use electronic learning services daily, as well as for teachers who need to explain how to avoid scams and safeguard personal information online.

Educational Platform

The MESH digital platform has long been a core tool in Moscow’s education system. It integrates electronic gradebooks, textbooks, and interactive lessons for millions of users.

As children increasingly use the internet and mobile devices from an early age, understanding the fundamentals of digital security is becoming part of the standard curriculum. The new materials are intended to help students navigate the digital world and use technology with minimal risk to their data and privacy.
