Rostec Launches School of Engineering Training Program
The program will train employees to use advanced digital tools.
Rostec has launched a professional development program for engineers focused on innovation management and digital technologies. The project, called Shkola inzhenera (School of Engineering), has already enrolled its first 54 employees from key production facilities across the state corporation.
The program covers some of the most relevant areas of modern industry. It will help participants build skills in production and innovation management, R&D economics, digital technologies, industrial and environmental safety, and standardization. As part of the training, participants will learn about successful practices that have already been applied in real-world industrial settings.
The eight-week intensive course includes in-person and online classes, an engineering challenge competition, and industrial tours of Rostec enterprises.
