The solution was presented by the company's Director of Information Modeling Technologies, Sergey Ergopulo, at a strategic session on campus design in Russia.

A campus combines academic and laboratory buildings, dormitories, administrative facilities, and engineering and transport infrastructure. Clients, designers, contractors, and operating organizations work on it simultaneously, so all require access to data based on a single model. Such an environment is provided by the company's products, which consolidate documentation and help monitor the quality of decisions.

"A unified information model makes it possible to link design solutions, documentation, construction processes, and subsequent operation within a single digital loop. As a result, different project stakeholders gain access to up-to-date information and can make decisions based on a single version of the data," Ergopulo noted.

The approach was piloted at the Buryat Technical College in Severobaykalsk and at an airport terminal in Blagoveshchensk, helping to eliminate system conflicts and prepare the projects for expert review.
