T-Bank Embeds Factoring Directly Into Electronic Document Workflow
T-Bank has integrated factoring finance into the Saby electronic document management platform, allowing suppliers to secure payment for shipped goods without leaving their existing workflow interface.

The system was developed jointly with Rowi, a factoring company within the T-Business ecosystem. According to the companies, the service is the first on the Russian market to offer factoring finance directly inside an electronic document management interface, eliminating the need to switch to third-party applications or manually upload paperwork.
The process is designed to run automatically. Once a supply contract is uploaded, the platform generates an application and pulls the required documents from the electronic document workflow system. Universal transfer documents display a “Get Money Now” button that allows suppliers to receive financing before buyers pay for the goods. The document package for signing is prepared in 10 seconds, after which a settlement account is automatically opened and the funds are deposited into it.
According to Gusakov-Stanyukovich, pre-approved offers and automation help companies return funds to circulation faster while creating what he described as a fundamentally new customer experience in factoring.
