Center With VR, Programming, and Robotics Opens at Bryansk Children's Library
A cultural and educational center called Perpetual Motion has opened at the Bryansk Regional Children's Library. It will offer elective classes for children in programming, robotics, and logistics.

The classes are organized jointly with the IT Cube in the village of Glinishchevo: its teachers will work with middle and high school-age children, and groups have already been formed. The center occupies two halls, while the library itself continues to operate in its usual format.
The equipment in the space has been upgraded: new computers, laptops, and screens have been installed. Using VR headsets, visitors can take virtual journeys across the Universe; an astronomy program is currently installed on them. The collection has been expanded with more than 500 publications, with an emphasis on technical subjects.
The center's name was not chosen at random: staff noticed children's growing interest in engineering careers and decided to channel it into technical creativity. A total of 3.8 million rubles ($~41,000) was allocated to create the space through a Ministry of Culture competition, with additional funds from the regional budget, and the Druzhba oil pipeline helped with the renovation.
