AI-HumanVoice Brings a Totally New Kind of Voice Robot to Russia

The new system combines the flexibility of artificial intelligence with the advantages of natural human conversation.

One of the most common uses of artificial intelligence in business today is the creation of voice assistants. These systems can make and receive phone calls, interact with customers, and handle routine tasks. The technology has advanced rapidly, but many people can still tell when they are speaking with a robot, and that often becomes a source of frustration.

A Different Approach

The Skorozvon service has come remarkably close to solving that problem. Its developers have launched an entirely new type of voice robot called AI-HumanVoice. Unlike conventional AI voice assistants, it does not synthesize speech during a call. Instead, it selects and plays back pre-recorded voice lines created from the most successful sales conversations conducted by the customer's own sales team. No comparable technology currently exists on the Russian market.

The development is genuinely distinctive. The new voice assistant combines the efficiency of artificial intelligence with the natural qualities of human conversation, significantly outperforming previous approaches. Today, the market is dominated by two main categories of voice robots. The first also relies on recorded human speech, but these systems follow predefined scripts and cannot adapt dynamically when a conversation changes direction. AI-driven voice assistants, by contrast, are designed for flexible interaction and generate responses in real time based on an underlying knowledge base. However, delivering those responses requires text-to-speech synthesis. Even the most expensive solutions often produce vocal patterns that human listeners recognize as artificial, which can reduce conversion rates.

Leaving Compromises Behind

"For years, automated calling solutions have required tradeoffs. Fully AI-driven robots are flexible, but their quality is constrained by text-to-speech synthesis. That technology is expensive, the best engines often run on foreign servers, and subscribers frequently recognize artificial speech even in the highest-quality implementations. Scripted robots, meanwhile, benefit from natural human narration but lack adaptability during live conversations," says Vladislav Mozhayev, Head of Voice Robots at Skorozvon.

Deploying AI-HumanVoice involves several stages. The process begins with the customer providing developers with at least 50 recorded conversations between sales representatives and clients. AI then analyzes the material, identifying the most effective phrases and the most common customer objections. Based on that analysis, it creates a library of responses that are subsequently recorded by a professional voice actor. Only after that stage is completed is the robot allowed to interact with real customers.

Strong Demand Potential

The new assistant has a broad range of potential applications. It could benefit any organization operating a large contact center, including banks, insurance companies, marketplaces, telecom providers, healthcare networks, and many others. In these sectors, intelligent voice assistants have already become an established business tool, and their role continues to expand. As recently as 2025, about 80% of companies said they planned to deploy robotic systems for handling customer interactions.

Rising Expectations

Meanwhile, maintaining the effectiveness of voice assistants requires continuous improvements in quality. Under current Russian regulations, organizations conducting large-scale outbound calling campaigns must clearly identify such calls. As a result, technical performance now needs to be paired with transparency for subscribers.

The launch of AI-HumanVoice is an important milestone for Russia's IT industry. It demonstrates that voice assistants continue to evolve and that hybrid approaches are gaining traction. Equally important, the technology has been developed entirely using domestic resources. That makes further innovation more independent while increasing access to advanced tools for end users.

The innovation behind AI-HumanVoice lies in changing the very architecture of interaction between AI and audio. Combining the flexible reasoning of a neural network with the authenticity of professional voice performance is a step toward a new generation of intelligent voice robots, where technology no longer imitates humans but thinks and sounds more like them
