Russia Develops Smart Production Planning System
Intelligent management platform covers the entire manufacturing cycle, from raw materials to finished goods.

A comprehensive production planning system has been developed in Russia by Data-Center Avtomatika, using scientific approaches proposed by specialists from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
The software is designed to cover the full manufacturing process, from procurement of raw materials to the release of finished products. It can generate both short- and long-term plans while accounting for multiple variables, including equipment capacity, work schedules and staff qualifications, material delivery timelines, and quality requirements.
Expanding Functionality
Individual modules within the program store data on products, equipment, and technological processes, break complex tasks into stages, and build mathematical models.
The team is currently developing a predictive analytics module. This will allow the system to forecast potential production issues and propose solutions. Researchers are also working on adaptive management mechanisms so the platform can self-adjust based on user feedback.
The software is currently being tested in the metallurgical sector, but it could be applied across various industries. The system is expected to reduce costs, improve the accuracy of delivery timelines, respond more effectively to changes, and minimize losses associated with manual planning errors.
