The IT ecosystem Lukomorye, part of Rostelecom’s commercial IT cluster, has introduced the gamification platform Zateya. The system helps companies engage employees in product development and other internal corporate initiatives.

The new product has already been added to Russia’s registry of domestic software. Zateya is designed as a digital environment for corporate initiatives. Companies can launch gamified scenarios for real tasks, collect employee proposals and test them within the platform. The system helps organizations roll out new ideas faster and gather feedback from both their authors and users.

The platform also supports non-financial employee incentives. Participants earn points for completing tasks within the system and can exchange them for rewards in an integrated marketplace.

A Gamified Model

All activity on the platform is organized through a personal account interface. A user selects a project, completes assigned tasks and submits a report. After verification, the system awards points. Project managers use a separate interface where they can create tasks, evaluate results and analyze participant activity.

“The platform has already proven itself to be a reliable tool inside our company. We actively used it to evaluate digital product quality, test new solutions, collect ideas and even run employee engagement campaigns. Zateya has demonstrated its effectiveness in real operational scenarios,” said Arsen Blagov, CEO of RTK IT Plus.

Cloud Architecture

The platform runs in the cloud and is ready to deploy immediately. Customers can configure projects using a visual builder, define task parameters and set reward mechanics. The system supports integration with corporate services via API and can connect to HRM systems and analytics tools.

A separate integration has been implemented with the data visualization system Mera (Measure). It provides dashboards showing user activity, task completion progress and engagement levels.

The Lukomorye ecosystem brings together 18 digital products designed for managing business processes and project operations. The ecosystem includes tools for software development, an ESM system and a no-code platform. All services support artificial intelligence technologies.
