In a single visit, job seekers can experience what it is like to work as a firefighter, pastry chef, combine harvester operator, or drone operator. Virtual reality technology gives visitors a better understanding of different occupations, helping them make more informed career decisions.

The center has been equipped to modern standards, featuring open consultation areas, digital services, meeting rooms, a psychologist's office, and a children's play area. The building is also fully accessible to people with limited mobility.

Yegor Mishcheryakov, Deputy Governor of the Leningrad Region for Economic Affairs, said the region's employment service modernization program is entering its final stage.

“This year marks the completion of a large-scale program to modernize employment centers,” Mishcheryakov said. “They have become modern, open spaces with dedicated functional zones and separate areas designed specifically for young people.”

According to Mishcheryakov, 12 employment centers and 12 service points located in multifunctional public service centers (MFCs) have already been upgraded to the new standard. New centers have opened this year in Lodeynoye Pole, with Priozersk next in line. Additional openings are planned in Vsevolozhsk and Kingisepp before the end of the year.

The modernization of the employment service network is being carried out under the Kadry (Workforce) national project.
