1C UNF Adds Support for New Product Label Verification Modules
The update enables retailers to validate product marking codes through the Chesny znak system using integrated modules.
Support for TS PIoT (Technical Means for Identification and Traceability) has been added in version 3.0.13 of 1C Upravlenie nashey firmoy (1C: Company Management), allowing verification of product labeling codes through the Chesny znak system.
TS PIoT is a software or hardware-software module embedded in cash register equipment and listed in the Chesny znak registry. After a retail token expires, the store continues operating under the authorization regime through this module. It establishes a secure connection to the national labeling system via the fiscal storage device, sends product codes for verification, and returns the results directly to 1C. If there is no internet connection, the request is routed to a local Chesny znak module.
The configuration is tied to a specific cash register and workstation. After connection, the system automatically reads device details, including the factory number, fiscal storage number, and the company’s tax ID, and verifies them against database records. A status icon indicating the TS PIoT connection appears on the cashier’s screen.
To configure the feature, users need to navigate to the Marking and Alcohol section and open TS PIoT connection settings. If needed, they can contact a service partner.
