Sobyanin Names Ten New Residents of Skolkovo Creative Cluster
Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said 10 new residents have been selected for the second phase of the Skolkovo creative cluster, where selected teams will develop domestic solutions for creating, processing, and distributing content.
“Ten residents have been selected for the second phase of the Skolkovo creative cluster. These teams will develop domestic solutions for content creation, processing, and distribution,” Sobyanin wrote on the Max messaging platform.
Among the projects, the mayor highlighted an AI-based platform that can locate specific scenes within video files, realistic digital avatars capable of real-time dialogue, and a neural network that generates music from text. The residents will also build virtual production systems that link physical cameras with computer graphics, as well as innovative lighting technologies that turn building facades, sculptures, and industrial sites into art installations.
“The Moscow Innovation Cluster is still accepting applications for its media technology hub. More than 100 requests have already been submitted by businesses,” Sobyanin added.
