VK Tech Launches Peregovornye Komnaty for Hybrid Meetings
VK Tech has introduced Peregovornye komnaty (Meeting Rooms), a hardware and software solution designed to equip meeting and conference spaces with a unified video conferencing environment.An integrated system allows users to start a meeting with a single tap on a control panel - no laptop or manual setup required.
The new solution includes a dedicated application and preconfigured video conferencing equipment kits with cameras, microphones, soundbars, and control panels tailored to rooms of different sizes.
The solution integrates with VK WorkSpace, Calendar, and the company’s video calling service. Employees in the office can join calls directly from a meeting room terminal - pressing a button on the control panel connects them to meetings scheduled in the corporate calendar. The application also provides a schedule of meetings for each specific room.
