A new AI-powered assistant deployed by the Moscow Exchange now returns answers in 15 seconds instead of 18 minutes—revolutionizing access to internal regulations.

The Moscow Exchange Group has launched its proprietary AI tool, MOEX RAG, to streamline access to corporate documents. Based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, the system enables employees to search through more than 1,500 internal regulations with unprecedented speed and accuracy. According to exchange officials, the average search time has dropped from 18 minutes to just 15 seconds—a 72-fold improvement.

MOEX RAG is deeply integrated into the company's internal workflows, providing answers with over 80% relevance. Employees simply input a query, and the system scans the regulatory database to instantly deliver the most relevant result, complete with source references. This not only accelerates decision-making but also reduces the risk of errors when working with compliance documentation.

In the near future, MOEX RAG will be merged with another AI system, MOEX Insight. The combined platform will allow employees to receive personalized, contextualized responses using voice or text commands. The entire solution was designed and implemented in under two months, and it is already proving highly effective across both operational and compliance departments.
