Russia Builds a Telecom App for Fitness and Dental Clinics

A new Russian-made app bridges telecom services with software for gyms and dental practices, streamlining communication and boosting customer experience.

Russian telecom and software companies are joining forces to create integrated digital services. A recent example is a new app developed by telecom provider Telfin, tailored for professionals working in fitness centers and dental clinics.

The app connects the Telfin.Office PBX system with two popular platforms from Software Lab: '1C:Fitness Club' and '1C:Medicine. Dental Clinic.' This integration enables gym employees to call clients directly from their working interface, track interaction history, and maintain detailed communication statistics. It’s also a useful tool for coaches at sports schools and clubs.

Dental clinic staff are also likely to benefit from the new setup. The system simplifies patient interactions by automatically identifying incoming callers and displaying the client's profile, including a brief visit history, on the screen.
