Up to 30% of office employees’ working time in large organizations can be spent on tasks that do not create business value. To test this hypothesis, Rosgosstrakh launched a pilot in its shared services center using the Proceset (task mining platform) developed by Infomaximum. The technology analyzes actual user actions and operations, turning assumptions into measurable data.

Following the pilot, specialists proposed seven improvement hypotheses, with 38% of the total optimization potential implemented. The key result was a 12% increase in productivity for manual contract data entry per employee compared with the previous year. After confirming the results, the platform was rolled out into full-scale operation. More than 30 improvement hypotheses have now been identified, with total optimization potential estimated at up to 35%.

In 2026, the company plans to further develop process management in its shared services center to better calculate staffing needs and allocate costs across products and sales channels.

“One of the key challenges for many companies today is reducing costs without sacrificing control or process quality. This requires visibility not only into the overall picture but also into the cost of specific operations and changes. Proceset helps businesses make such decisions based on real data rather than assumptions,” said Alexander Bochkin, CEO of Infomaximum.
