Russian Developer Makes Remote Hiring Easier for Companies
Kontur, a leading Russian developer of online accounting and business services, says Kontur.Diadoc’s electronic HR document management system has been integrated with the Russian applicant tracking systems Talantix and Skillaz, which companies use for recruitment. ATS platforms store all applicant data and information about every stage of the hiring process.

The integration brings candidate recruitment and online onboarding into a single process. Prospective employees can complete the final stage of hiring remotely without having to submit the same documents again to HR staff or sign paperwork on paper. The new capabilities should be particularly useful for remote and high-volume hiring, as well as for companies with large networks of offices and other business units.
Lower Risk of Errors
Kontur.Diadoc’s electronic HR document management system allows employers to exchange documents with employees and complete hiring paperwork electronically. The workflow is straightforward: once recruitment is complete, a candidate automatically receives an invitation to the electronic HR system and can sign employment documents digitally. The new status then appears in the ATS platform, allowing HR staff to close the vacancy. These capabilities help companies onboard employees quickly while reducing the risk of data-entry errors. Recruiters and HR staff no longer need to manually enter information or reconcile statuses across separate systems. Kontur.Diadoc’s HR system can currently be integrated with Skillaz and Talantix, with support for additional ATS platforms planned.

HR Workload Drops Sharply
Industry professionals say electronic HR document management could substantially change HR workflows even at small companies, allowing routine tasks that once took several days to be completed in as little as 30 minutes. For example, it could be a useful tool for a manager who travels frequently and simply does not have time to sign documents manually. The digital system saves time across the team while making document workflows more organized and transparent.
For large businesses, the approach is particularly useful when hiring employees at scale. RZDstroy, for example, connected about 3,800 employees to Kontur.Diadoc’s electronic HR document management system. As a result, HR staff spent 40% less time on routine operations, while vacation approvals dropped from four days to two hours.

Toward a Unified Digital Environment
Integrating Kontur.Diadoc’s electronic HR document management system with Talantix and Skillaz should make recruitment and onboarding considerably more transparent and convenient. That is especially relevant for employees who work remotely and do not visit company offices. Employers also stand to benefit: errors caused by human factors should be minimized, while standard HR operations will require less time.
The integration of electronic HR document management with ATS platforms shows that the Russian market continues to shift from separate recruitment and personnel-management applications toward broader human resources management ecosystems. Labor shortages and import substitution have given the trend additional momentum. Electronic HR document management still has substantial room to grow in Russia because many organizations have yet to digitize their HR processes. Experts expect integration with a wider range of ATS platforms and other enterprise systems to become the most promising area for further development.

Further integration of electronic HR document management should accelerate the digitization of corporate HR processes and support the growth of Russia’s domestic software market. In the future, demand is expected to shift away from standalone HR document management or ATS functionality toward Russian IT products that can automatically exchange data and create a unified digital environment for workforce management.
