According to the company, using generative AI has reduced incident and technical request handling times by 20 to 50 percent—and boosted task execution speed up to sixfold in some operations.

A key innovation lies in the creation of a secure perimeter for AI use. All processes, including model training and response generation, take place within an isolated company-controlled infrastructure. This eliminates risks associated with third-party services and ensures full data sovereignty.
