Russian Low-Code Developer Uses AI Analytics to Manage Client Requests

Russian low-code platform developer GreenData has implemented an upgraded version of the Altevics request management system with enhanced AI capabilities and advanced analytics.

The goal was to create a unified platform for handling requests from both partners and internal teams while ensuring compliance with service obligations. The solution is based on the Altevics ITSM system developed by Russian company Cleverics and built on GreenData’s own low-code platform. As a result, partners deploying solutions on the platform now have a centralized communication channel with users and technical support.

Tracking Deadlines

The system architecture automatically incorporates contract parameters, service lists, and SLA conditions. It calculates task deadlines, monitors timelines, and alerts management if issues arise.

All requests are now registered and processed within a single system, eliminating confusion caused by multiple communication channels and enabling full tracking of correspondence history.

“This project for GreenData is an example of effective customization of a standard product. We adapted Altevics to the client’s specific requirements so that its functionality aligns with internal processes and regulations. We also implemented automated reporting based on contract templates and a self-service system. The request self-registration mechanism now consolidates queries from multiple channels into a single interface, while users can track the status of each task transparently,” said Oleg Skrynnik, managing partner at Cleverics.
“For us, it was essential to build a predictable partner support model with transparent control over timelines and workload. The implementation of Altevics helped structure operations, eliminate communication gaps, and establish unified rules for request processing. This has improved process management and the quality of interaction with partners,” said Mikhail Dmitrenko, head of technical support at GreenData.
