Virtual Tour Brings Ufa's 18th-Century Kremlin to Life
Visitors can now explore the Ufa Kremlin of the 18th and 19th centuries through a new VR experience at the "Ufa in Motion" museum information truck.
The VR tour was developed by the Innovation Center for Vocational Education and Digital Pedagogy, a nonprofit organization whose project won a grant competition organized by the Ufa city administration.
The interactive experience introduces visitors to key historical events, the cultural heritage of Bashkortostan, and the history of Ufa itself. Using VR headsets, visitors can virtually step inside the Kremlin as it existed centuries ago and see how the city evolved across different historical periods.
The exhibition is now open to the public at the city museum. Beginning with the new school year, the virtual tour is also scheduled to be introduced in Ufa schools, where it will become part of the educational program for young students across the republic.
