Medical Device Manufacturer Moves Fiscalization and Marking Into Accounting System
he medical device manufacturer has combined its website, CRM, and accounting system into a single online sales process. A cloud cash register connected the services and automated receipt generation and marking code withdrawal.

The company produces medical devices and preparations for photodynamic therapy, and all of its products are subject to mandatory marking. Orders were processed in 1C:UNF, but the previous cash register did not support integration with the accounting system. Prepayment receipts after online payment were generated automatically, but accounting had to issue full settlement receipts separately, uploading the payment register to the cash service's personal account every day. The warehouse added marking codes to orders, and they were withdrawn from circulation manually in the Chestny ZNAK personal account.
To solve the problem, the previous cash register was replaced with the Business.Ru cloud cash register and integrated with the website on 1C-Bitrix, the Bitrix24 CRM, 1C:UNF, and Chestny ZNAK through the PioT transport module. After payment, order data are sent to the accounting system. On that basis, a warehouse employee creates a sales document, adds goods, and scans marking codes. 1C:UNF generates a standard Cash Register Receipt document, transmits it to the cloud cash register for fiscalization, and the receipt and status are saved together with the order. Information about marked goods is automatically sent to Chestny ZNAK.
As a result, accounting no longer exports bank registers or generates closing receipts manually. Working with marking has become simpler, receipts are linked to orders, and the usual online payments and IT infrastructure have been preserved.
