Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Plant Moves to Automate Business Processes
The Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Plant is rolling out a full-scale automation project using platform 1S:ERP Metallurgiya (1C:ERP Metallurgy).
Work has begun on a comprehensive automation of business processes at the Kamensk-Uralsky Metallurgical Plant. The project is based on 1S:ERP Metallurgiya, with Moscow-based integrator 1C-Perspektiva leading the implementation and development of the solution.
Once completed, the project will fully automate processes such as sales management, procurement, and inventory control. The modernization will also extend to integrated planning workflows.
“Metallurgical companies operate as full-cycle enterprises, where it is essential to oversee every stage of the production process - from raw materials to finished products. The industry-specific solution 1S:ERP Metallurgiya was designed precisely to address these challenges,” said Alexey Krutilin, deputy CEO of 1C-Perspektiva.
The company expects the new platform to significantly boost labor productivity across all core operational levels once deployed.
