Training Simulator for Operations Personnel Launched at Pechora State District Power Plant
The equipment was developed by specialists at JET Engineering and Technical Center JSC.

A main electrical circuit simulator has been put into commercial operation at the Pechora State District Power Plant. The equipment, developed by specialists at JET Engineering and Technical Center JSC, is intended for training operations personnel.
The simulator includes instructor and operator stations with an updated interface and expanded functionality. One of the most important components is the automated training session module, which allows training to be conducted without an instructor. The system monitors actions while accounting for possible variations in how they are performed, tracks equipment operating parameters, and assigns a grade based on the session results.
Employees of the thermal power plant's electrical shop were the first to evaluate the new simulator. They practiced normal and emergency equipment operating scenarios.
