The Moskovskoye dolgoletiye (Moscow Longevity) project, in partnership with Yandex, is launching a course titled Tsifrovaya masterskaya (Digital Workshop). Classes will begin at 11 flagship centers. The program includes four intensive sessions introducing participants to modern IT tools.

Asking the Right Question

During the first session, participants will learn what a prompt is and how to formulate effective queries for the chat assistant Alisa AI. Instructors will demonstrate how to use neural networks for everyday tasks, planning activities, and accessing useful information. Each participant will receive a guide with examples of well-structured prompts.

The second intensive focuses on hands-on practice. Attendees will apply the skills they learned and observe how precise wording changes results. The neural network can help select recipes, draft event texts, prepare a toast, or outline a concert script.

Postcards and Photos

The next two sessions explore AI’s visual capabilities. Participants will create images based on text descriptions and learn to design greeting cards using generative models.

The final workshop is dedicated to digital restoration of archival photos. Participants will learn how to digitize and animate old photographs, turn them into short videos, and preserve family archives in modern digital formats.

Classes are held on Thursdays, with schedules varying by location. After the course concludes, materials will be uploaded to the Prompthub platform so participants can review lessons at home and reinforce their new skills.

The Moskovskoye dolgoletiye project is part of the federal program Starsheye pokoleniye (Older Generation) within the national project Semya (Family), launched in 2025.
