At Razrez Kirbinskiy, operated by the Russkiy Ugol group, the transition to domestic software for mine surveying has been completed. The site has moved from Civil 3D to nanoCAD GeoniC.

The team previously relied on foreign software, but after support was discontinued, it needed to quickly shift to new tools to maintain uninterrupted operations. A key requirement was to preserve accumulated data and established workflows, ensuring the transition would proceed without errors, downtime, or loss of model relevance.

Engineers at Razrez Kirbinskiy also took part in refining the new software to reflect site-specific operational needs. The platform now supports a full cycle of tasks within a single environment - from mine planning and preparation of drilling and blasting operations to volume calculations and safety monitoring.
