Russia to Establish Information Security Competence Center
An agreement was signed by Gruppa Astra and Bank PSB.

Russian digital solutions developer Gruppa Astra and Bank PSB will establish a competence center focused on information security and the development of trusted industry solutions, the company’s press service said. The partners have previously worked together on government projects involving critical infrastructure protection and import substitution.
The new entity will develop measures to protect information assets and digital processes. It also plans to create integrated solutions to strengthen the security of information systems, including services, platform technologies, and hardware-software complexes.
Joining Forces Against Threats
Dmitry Miklukho, senior vice president and head of information security at Bank PSB, said the joint approach would help standardize processes, optimize costs, and improve the effectiveness of countering modern targeted threats.
The new entity is expected to be officially registered soon, after which integration of technological assets and expert methodologies will begin to support the development of new products.
