Russia to Launch New Digital Transport and Logistics Platform
“GosLog” will bring together market participants and government agencies.

Russia is forming a national digital transport and logistics platform called GosLog. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed the relevant decree. The platform will integrate companies providing transport and logistics services along with government authorities.
Modeling Transport Flows
The new platform will include subsystems such as Tsifrovoy Profil Perevozchika (Digital Carrier Profile), Informatsionnoye Vzaimodeystviye (Information Exchange), Pridaniye Yuridicheskoy Znachimosti (Legal Validation), and Yedinaya Geoinformatsionnaya Sistema (Unified Geoinformation System), among others. The Ministry of Transport will act as the project operator.
The platform is set to go live on March 1. It will include a registry of notifications related to freight forwarding activities. Market participants will be able to register through their personal accounts on Gosuslugi (State Services Portal).
Prime Minister Mishustin said the introduction of modern digital tools will provide a foundation for more precise modeling of transport flows and more informed infrastructure modernization decisions.
