Russian Cybersecurity Platform Reimagines IT Asset Management with Scalable, Automated Tools

BI.ZONE, a Moscow-based cybersecurity firm, has upgraded its asset management solution with powerful automation and deep threat intelligence integration — offering a glimpse into how large enterprises might secure sprawling digital infrastructures in the future.
BI.ZONE, a Russian cybersecurity and IT governance platform, has launched a major update to its Asset Management module — designed to help large corporations manage over a million digital assets from a single, centralized interface. The upgrade introduces enhanced automation, scalable architecture, and expanded interoperability with external systems.
The centerpiece of the update is a flexible API connector builder, which enables integration with more than 30 off-the-shelf solutions. This allows for faster onboarding of data sources and slashes the need for costly custom development. BI.ZONE has also implemented automated file collection from network storage, eliminating manual input and reducing the risk of human error.
Now capable of managing registries with over a million assets and vulnerabilities, the module is designed for large-scale enterprise environments. One of the most impactful additions is the “single asset card,” which consolidates all relevant data about an IT resource — including associated threats — into one interface, removing the need to jump between modules.
New software inventory features further help organizations track licensing and ensure regulatory compliance. On the security front, BI.ZONE now leverages Sberbank’s X Threat Intelligence to enable proactive risk detection — surfacing potential vulnerabilities before they escalate into real threats.
The upgraded Asset Management module represents a significant leap for the BI.ZONE GRC platform, positioning it as a next-gen tool for enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and cybersecurity management.
