Rostov Nuclear Plant Shares Digital Transformation Best Practices with Kursk Colleagues
The plant has been actively integrating advanced digital technologies into its operations.

Engineers from the Rosatom Production System (RPS) Development Department at Kursk Nuclear Power Plant visited Rostov Nuclear Power Plant to study its experience in achieving Digital RPS Enterprise status.
"Rostov Nuclear Power Plant is one of the facilities in our division with extensive experience in advancing the Rosatom Production System. We chose this plant for benchmarking because we know its team is always willing to share practical solutions, lessons learned, and the experience they have built over the years," said Galina Yurova, Lead Engineer in the RPS Development Department at Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.
Rostov Nuclear Power Plant currently operates six Digital RPS reference projects built using end-to-end digital technologies. These include digital solutions for plant operations management, warehouse inventory management, and the manufacturing of components and sealing elements. According to the plant, implementing these projects has accelerated technological processes by approximately 40%.
