Moscow Region's Dobrobot Virtual Assistant Expands to 65 Public Services
The virtual assistant Dobrobot has added ten new public services in the Moscow Region and now helps residents navigate 65 service categories, including environmental services, healthcare, and social support.
The latest update adds five environmental services, three healthcare services, and two social services. Available around the clock, Dobrobot helps users quickly determine which government service best matches their specific situation.
Dobrobot is available on the homepage of the Moscow Region's public services portal, as well as in the Housing and Land sections. The assistant can also be accessed through the Dobrodel mobile app via a banner on the main screen, and it automatically appears on service pages operated by the Moscow Region Ministry of Property Relations.
