More Than 11,000 Housing and Utilities Channels Launched in Russia’s MAX Messenger
Over 12 million users have joined residential chats as the platform expands its role in managing коммунальные services.

More than 11,300 housing and utilities information channels have been created in Russia’s national messenger MAX, Construction Minister Irek Faizullin said during a meeting with regional authorities and budget administrators.
“As of March 30, more than 12.3 million users have joined residential chats within MAX. Resource-supplying and management companies have created over 11,300 information channels, attracting 1.4 million subscribers,” the ministry said, citing Faizullin.

In addition, around 539,000 apartment building resident chats have migrated to the domestic messenger.
Earlier, a digital assistant from the Construction Ministry was introduced in MAX chats. It can remind users to submit meter readings and pay utility bills. Starting April 1, the chatbot can also be used to send requests to management companies.
