Russia’s Rabota Rossii Platform Becomes Key Tool for Monitoring Labor Market
The digital system aggregates real-time data from multiple sources to track employment trends and support workforce policies.

The Rabota Rossii (Work of Russia) platform has become a central tool for monitoring the labor market in Russia, Mikhail Ivanov, head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment, said at a meeting with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. He noted that the platform now serves as the country’s largest database of job vacancies and resumes, and is used by employment centers nationwide. It includes 50 subsystems and services, with a user base of 23 million.
The platform aggregates real-time data from the Federal Tax Service, regional employment centers and employers. This information is displayed across 36 thematic dashboards, providing insights at national, regional and sectoral levels.

He added that digital technologies are also being applied in other areas of the agency’s work. Starting this year, drones will be used at construction sites for remote safety monitoring and accident investigations.
Mishustin emphasized that strengthening Russia’s technological sovereignty spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, transport engineering, digital platforms and artificial intelligence.
