Russia Releases Platform for Building AI Assistants
Smart assistant is designed to streamline internal business processes
Russian company Hopper IT has developed a corporate artificial intelligence platform, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region said.
Unica AI allows companies to integrate AI tools into their internal workflows. These include corporate chat systems, database search, transcription of webinars and conference calls, automated task and planning management, and a builder for AI skills aimed at users without programming experience. Additional use cases can be configured at a company’s request.
For Business and the Public Sector
The platform has been added to Russia’s official register of domestic software.
Hopper IT is a resident of the special economic zone in Dubna. Last year, the company introduced an AI assistant for the public sector. The assistant answers questions based on a preloaded knowledge base using domestic software listed in the Ministry of Digital Development’s unified registry.
The chatbot can be configured to work with any database, reducing the workload of service and support teams by 95 percent.
