In 2025, customers across Russia signed more than 616,000 contracts on the Supplier Portal, with the total value of transactions exceeding 130 billion rubles (approximately $1.56 billion).

Today, the platform brings together more than 60,000 customers from 44 regions and over 395,000 suppliers. The service connects public institutions and businesses in a unified digital space, enabling them to conclude deals online.

A Widely Used Platform

According to Moscow Deputy Mayor Maria Bagreeva, 616,600 contracts worth 130.5 billion rubles (about $1.56 billion) were signed on the portal in 2025.

“The Supplier Portal helps state and municipal customers quickly procure necessary goods at optimal prices, while entrepreneurs find clients in dozens of regions and gain opportunities to scale and grow their businesses. In 2025, 616,600 contracts totaling 130.5 billion rubles were signed on the platform. Construction and household goods were the most frequently purchased categories, with 84,000 and 55,000 contracts respectively. Office supplies were also in high demand, with 44,000 contracts, along with medical and information technology products, which accounted for 42,500 and 24,000 contracts respectively,” Bagreeva said.

High Competition

The portal was launched in 2013 to automate small-volume procurement. It now processes more than 1,500 contracts daily. The catalog features over 3.4 million unique goods, works and services.

Kirill Purtov, head of the Department for Competition Policy, said the interregional format strengthens competition.

“The ability to conduct interregional transactions on the Supplier Portal ensures high competition in procurement. In 2025, suppliers from Moscow, the Moscow Region, Perm Krai, the Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi autonomous districts were the most active on the platform. Together, they accounted for 410,000 contracts, or 67 percent of the total,” Purtov said.

Moscow’s Department of Information Technology emphasized that the platform can be flexibly configured to meet regional requirements. The system incorporates local regulations, supports dedicated accounts for authorized bodies and allows procurement limits to be managed. This makes the portal a comprehensive digital tool for the development of public services and business.
