Nord-West Engineering Replaces Paper Files With Cloud-Based Document Management
Nord-West Engineering has moved its correspondence, contracts, and internal documents to Directum Lite, a cloud-based document management system. All materials are now stored in one place.
The system automatically registers documents and routes them for approval according to predefined workflows. Documents awaiting signatures appear in a separate list for the director, and each document’s progress can be tracked. Previously, some documents were printed and handed to employees on paper, while the director had to monitor their progress manually.
“We understand that growing a system alongside the company is cheaper and easier than buying new software once the workforce has grown substantially and business processes have become more numerous. We can scale the system we’ve already implemented and add new functionality. Directum Lite can also be adapted to changing needs without a developer’s help, using no-code tools,” said Anna Krasilnikova, CEO of Nord-West Engineering.
