Twenty students from the center will enroll in the network-based program. A dedicated classroom equipped with flight simulators has already been prepared. Most instruction will be delivered remotely, while in-person training will also be available. Students will be able to attend sessions at MAI in Moscow, and university instructors will travel to Russia's Amur Region to teach on site.

"We have worked with the Amur Region on educational initiatives since 2012, so we were pleased to support the proposal to launch this network-based program in Belogorsk. The city offers strong conditions for learning and plenty of opportunities for students to develop their skills. It is important to us that future professionals can receive a solid academic education without leaving their hometown, and we are ready to provide all the academic resources needed to make that possible," said Dmitry Kozorez, MAI's vice rector for academic affairs.

During the visit, the two sides also discussed plans to open a specialized MAI-affiliated class at School No. 200 in Belogorsk.
