RT-Tekhpriyemka, part of the Rostec state corporation, has developed a CRM system to manage vehicle supply operations, the company said in a statement.

The platform automates the entire deal cycle - from order submission to delivery completion and preparation of full documentation packages. The digital environment integrates processes such as request registration, deal tracking, document management, preparation of commercial offers and contracts, as well as contract and limit management.

A key focus of the system is financial process automation. The platform calculates supplier margins, checks contract limits and compliance with deal terms, and alerts managers to maintain timely communication. Transactions can be tracked through a kanban board or table view, while aggregated analytics with key performance indicators allow for rapid assessment of the overall situation.

For Car Dealers and Organizations

The CRM system is primarily designed for car dealers handling large contracts and equipment deliveries. It can also be scaled for organizations with distributed management structures and complex supply chains.

“The CRM system developed by RT-Tekhpriyemka engineers brings deal and contract management into a unified digital environment and reduces operational risks. In the future, the solution is expected to integrate with the 1C accounting system, enabling automated invoice generation and data exchange between systems,” said Vladlen Shorin.
