One-Click Login: Legal Entities Get Seamless Access to MAX
Business owners and company executives in Russia can now log into the national messenger MAX without filling out registration forms. Legal entities authenticate in a single click using SberBiznes ID, a move that tightens integration between banking identity systems and digital communication platforms.

Integration as the Gateway
The change became possible after MAX integrated with the Sber API channel. For Sberbank clients, the setup removes friction when registering a company account in the messenger. More than 100 legal entities have already used the feature. The integration also eliminates the need for MAX to run additional identity checks. When Sberbank issues an ID, it verifies user credentials in advance, so duplicating that process would add no value.
In a statement, Sberbank noted: “Thanks to the open API, companies can deploy their own artificial intelligence solutions for content generation, audio message transcription and document summarization.” In practice, that opens the door for AI agents inside MAX to support corporate automation workflows.
SberBiznes ID as a Digital Key
SberBiznes ID has long extended beyond Sberbank’s internal services, providing authentication for more than 50 partner platforms. Now it also unlocks access to MAX, which launched its Platforma dlya partnerov (Partner Platform) in October last year. The platform enables corporate clients to embed their own services directly into the app, from customer-support chatbots and mini-apps for direct sales to branded corporate channels for positioning and promotion.

For businesses, this is not just another communication channel within a unified digital environment. It also delivers intelligent assistants that automate routine processes. The efficiency gains become particularly visible as companies scale operations.
MAX Expands Its Reach
The MAX messenger was developed with state support under the national project Ekonomika dannykh i tsifrovaya transformatsiya gosudarstva (Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State). The digital platform launched in beta in spring 2025 and, by September, was added to the list of applications required for pre-installation on electronic devices in Russia. User authentication was first integrated with Gosuslugi (State Services Portal) and has now expanded to the banking sector.

Growth metrics highlight the platform’s momentum. In December 2025, MAX hosted 81,000 public channels with a combined audience of nearly 29 million users. By February 2026, the number of channels had surpassed 170,000, and total subscribers reached 80 million, according to analytics service MaxStat.ru.
Consolidation and AI-Driven Monetization
The integration with Sber and deployment of its solutions inside MAX create new opportunities for companies. Beyond simplified registration through SberBiznes ID, businesses can integrate AI assistants into corporate workflows, expand engagement channels with target audiences and deploy new IT solutions within the ecosystem. The expected outcome is broader reach and stronger monetization potential. Companies in food services, e-commerce, fintech and telecom are already actively testing the platform to promote their products and services.

Sber is also a member of the Alyans v sfere iskusstvennogo intellekta (Artificial Intelligence Alliance), which brings together leading Russian technology companies. By consolidating resources, alliance members aim to accelerate innovation and strengthen the technological backbone of Russia’s digital economy.
